在Excel中,“跟踪更改”功能可以突出显示更改。
1.保存工作簿,然后再应用 Track Changes 功能,然后单击 Review > Track Changes > Highlight Changes
.
2.在 Highlight Changes 对话框,同时选中 Track changes while editing. This also shares your workbook 和 Highlight changes on screen
选项。 另外,您可以在跟踪更改时指定时间,用户和范围的限制。
3。 点击 OK。 现在 微软的Excel
对话框出现,并提示您保存工作簿。
4。 点击 OK。 现在,新的修改将以一个角度突出显示。

用VBA代码突出显示修改后的单元格
如果需要VBA代码来处理作业,则可以执行以下操作:
1。 按 Alt + F11 启用 Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications 窗口。
